Christa Simpson
Sr. Accountant
Christa Simpson brings a unique and comprehensive background to her role as a Senior Accountant in the U.S., with over 14 years of experience in accounting and a career that spans both finance and law.
She began her accounting career at a large bankruptcy law firm, where she handled accounts payable and receivable while earning her law degree. Afterward, she practiced law in various areas, including toxic tort litigation, family law, and special education, before embarking on a 25-year career in education. In the past four years, Christa has returned to accounting, drawing on her diverse professional experiences for a broader perspective.
Her work is characterized by accuracy, consistency, and a strong understanding of how financial processes support broader organizational needs. Having worked in both legal and nonprofit environments, Christa approaches accounting with both discipline and adaptability.
Outside of work, Christa lives on a small orchard in Coke, Texas, where she cultivates blueberries, peaches, pecans, and Christmas trees. She is actively involved in her church as a vocalist and keyboardist, and enjoys spending time outdoors, often mowing the lawn as a way to unwind.
