Seth Andrews is an FP&A Analyst at Bright Balance, specializing in corporate financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Before joining Bright Balance, Seth was part of the corporate FP&A team at Momentum, a shared services organization supporting three subsidiaries. In that role, he contributed to the development of the corporate finance function by creating processes and templates, building detailed budgets and forecasts from scratch, and assembling consolidated reporting packages for executive leadership. His responsibilities included analyzing variances against forecasts and providing financial insights to support strategic decisions related to investing, operations, and financing.

Seth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Christian University (TCU). He also holds a minor in Accounting and a Certificate in Consultative Selling, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Originally from Texas, Seth recently moved to Denver, Colorado, with his fiancée and their miniature dachshund. He enjoys the proximity of the mountains and takes full advantage of Colorado’s outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, lake days, and skiing.

When he’s not outdoors, Seth is an avid college sports fan, particularly following his TCU Horned Frogs in football and basketball.
