Melinda Patterson is the Marketing Director at Bright Balance, bringing over 15
years of experience leading marketing and operations in the financial services
industry. Her background includes marketing roles at Fidelity Investments, State
Street, and Charles River Development, where she executed digital campaigns,
managed client events, and drove sales enablement across global teams.

Prior to joining Bright Balance, Melinda served as Director of Marketing and
Operations at a Boston Based accounting services company, where she partnered
with leadership to set strategic direction, spearheaded a full website redesign,
and built out the marketing function from the ground up.

At Bright Balance, Melinda focuses on driving strategic marketing efforts to
enhance the company’s visibility and strengthen client relationships while
fostering the firm’s ongoing growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing
from Eastern Nazarene.

Based in Milton, Massachusetts, Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband
and two children outside of work.
