Stacy Meador brings over 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including more than 15 years working with healthcare organizations across ambulatory services, physician practices, multi-specialty groups, and clinical research.

He has served in senior leadership roles including CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller, supporting organizations through periods of growth, acquisition, and operational change.

Stacy’s work centers on helping leadership teams gain clearer financial visibility and make more informed decisions. His experience spans financial planning and analysis, revenue cycle performance, provider compensation structures, and preparing organizations for private equity transactions.

He has led due diligence and valuation efforts, supported capital raises, and helped organizations improve EBITDA, cash flow, and overall financial performance. His approach is practical and grounded—focused on building reporting structures, aligning financial data with operations, and creating clarity around what is driving performance.

Stacy is also known for developing strong finance teams and implementing systems that improve consistency, transparency, and accountability. He works closely with leadership to ensure financial insights are not only accurate, but actionable.

Earlier in his career, Stacy worked in the IT services sector, which continues to influence his structured, systems-oriented approach to finance.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
