Arnold is an experienced finance professional with nine years of experience in the investments, insurance, software and agricultural space. He has a B.Comm honors in Accounting from the Midlands State University, where he graduated top of his class. He has a certificate in financial modeling and corporate valuation from the international finance institute and has also held the CFA Charter since August 2017. He is a certified consultant for Sage CRM, Sage ERP 300 and Lean six sigma greenbelt.

Outside of work, Arnold enjoys playing basketball and fishing.
