David Paul is a certified public accountant (“CPA”) with more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting roles such as CFO, VP Finance, and Controller in multiple small-to-medium sized companies. He spent more than 15 years in public and private commercial real estate investment firms. During that time, he supervised the accounting and asset management functions in several European countries. His experience also includes financial reporting, debt/equity financing, acquisitions/dispositions, audit/tax management, and investor relations.

David graduated from the University of North Texas and lives in McKinney, Texas. He and his wife, Lynn, have been married 28 years and have two adult children. In his spare time, David enjoys reading, watching sports, and teaching Bible studies.
