John is a CFO Advisor at Bright Balance with over 30 years of extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, process improvement, capital raising, and strategy development with private equity and venture capital-backed companies. He is passionate about creating and implementing innovative initiatives in finance and operations that drive revenue and EBITDA growth.

Previously, John served as the CFO of several companies that were successfully acquired, as well as the CFO and Partner at a venture capital firm. He also held a position as a Senior Manager in the Audit and M&A divisions of Big 4 public accounting firms. John graduated from Boston College with dual majors in Accounting and Philosophy.

In his free time, John has completed three full Ironman triathlons, one half Ironman triathlon, and several marathons. He also enjoys playing golf, travelling, and spending time with his family.
