Kate is an experienced business administrator with over 10 years of experience in working with small businesses and non-profit organizations. She holds a degree in communications with a minor in business which has equipped her with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage various aspects of business operations. Kate has worked in project management, marketing, and employee relations, which have helped businesses to achieve their goals.

Kate joined the Bright Balance team in 2021 and has loved watching BBA grow. She is committed to serving our team members and clients, ensuring that their business needs are met as well as building the Bright Balance business through marketing efforts. 

Kate lives in Virginia with her husband and two sons and enjoys a good book, spending time outside, and creating memories with her family when she is not working.
