Krystal Roach brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial operations to Bright Balance. She began her career in the legal industry, where she spent 15 years developing expertise in accounts payable and receivable.

Later, Krystal transitioned to the nonprofit sector, advancing through various roles such as Accounts Payable Clerk, AP Supervisor, Staff Accountant, and Payroll Manager. These positions not only broadened her understanding of accounting operations but also ignited her interest in process improvement and team efficiency.

Today, Krystal’s expertise includes month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash management, bank reconciliations, commissions, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. She enjoys delving into the details, solving problems, and transforming complicated accounting processes into organized, repeatable systems.

Krystal adopts a practical and collaborative approach to her work, believing that understanding the story behind the numbers is just as important as ensuring accuracy. She values building relationships with clients and aims to create processes that enhance clarity and confidence in their financial operations.

Outside of work, Krystal enjoys reading, exploring new activities, and usually has a new project on her to-do list. She and her husband are parents to three daughters, and while life with three girls is rarely quiet, her favorite sound is their laughter together.
