Kuda is a Senior Accountant and Team Lead at Bright Balance, responsible for onboarding new clients, technical accounting and quality assurance. Kuda graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from Nelson Mandela  University. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in corporate and public accounting, having begun his career at PwC and later on in industry as a financial accountant.  As a previous external auditor and key member of the organization, Kuda has gained experience and expertise in a variety of industries including: Information Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Investment, Health and Non-profit. In his career, Kuda has served in middle management and supporting roles. He has good stakeholder engagement, excellent  communication skills, and is a very competent leader in project management as he strives to bring out the best in all his teammates. In his most recent role as assistant manager, he led audit teams from the planning process all the way through the performance of operational and financial audits.  

Kuda is an avid sports follower and enjoys barbecuing as his other hobby.
