Lindsey Halford joined Bright Balance in 2024 as our VP of Business Development. With a diverse background in recruiting and sales, she brings valuable experience and a strategic approach to the company.

Lindsey began her career in recruiting at Ernst & Young LLP, where she developed strong skills in talent acquisition and client management. After taking a career break to focus on her family, she returned to the workforce with a successful role in sales at Logotology, where she contributed to business growth and client engagement.

At Bright Balance, Lindsey will leverage her expertise to foster business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Her background in both recruiting and sales positions her to support the company’s objectives and drive meaningful progress.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Apparel from the University of Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and crafting, especially embroidery.
