Russell Bowman brings over 25 years of accounting and financial experience to his role as a CFO Advisor. He has a strong background in SaaS, along with additional expertise in manufacturing and professional services. Prior to joining our team, Russell served as SVP and CFO for early-stage startups and high-growth enterprises, where he played a key role in orchestrating numerous successful exits. His broad experience includes debt and equity capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, software implementations, global business, strategic planning, and FP&A for both VC- and PE-funded companies. Russell’s leadership and strategic insights have made him a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards of directors.

Russell holds a business degree from Brigham Young University and has completed executive education in leadership and strategy. Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about helping others. He is a founding board member of The Olive Branch of Frisco and works with various charities that provide skills training and housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
