Sherin has a bachelor’s degree in Economics with Financial Applications from
Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in Accounting Information
Management from University of Texas at Dallas.

She has been working in corporate accounting roles for 10+ years. She has
extensive experience in key accounting roles at small and large businesses in
Manufacturing, Technology Services, Insurance, BioTech and Commodities. Her
background includes full cycle accounting, fixed asset accounting, financial
reporting, AP and AR functions, Physical Inventory audits, ERP implementation,
account & bank reconciliations, process documentation & training as well as
internal/external audits.

Sherin was born in Bombay, India and moved to Dallas, Texas when she was almost
6 years old. She lives in Mesquite, TX with her husband, 4 kids and 2 dogs. She
loves watching movies and eating good food. Her hobbies include singing and
cultural Indian dancing.
